How long does it normally take to receive background results?
Some checks can be done immediately, but it normally takes 24 to 72 hours. Occasionally, a court search will require more than 72 hours, but that is not the norm.
How does a client submit information and receive results?
For your convenience, United Recovery Services, Inc. has streamlined the submission process through our custom, web-based data transferring system called Screen360 . We also accept faxes, answer telephone calls, and respond via e-mail.
What downloads or hardware are required to use Screen360 ?
None. No downloads or hardware are necessary to use Screen360 . Clients sign on to their Screen360 account securely using their login and password through our website at ( https://screen360.unitedrecoveryinc.com/). Screen360 resides on our secure servers - data is transmitted in a secure web based program.
Is there a cost to setup Screen360 ?
There is no cost associated with the setup of Screen360 . It resides on our servers and is accessed through our website, so you can login and submit, receive, view, achieve, and manage results 24/7 at no cost.
If I need a search that is not listed on your site, can you help me?
Yes! We are a private investigative firm with many resources at our disposal, so we are not limited to the searches listed on the site. If you ever make a request that we cannot fulfill, we will point you to the people who can.
Why should I use your services?
Everyone that is hired in your company can potentially help or hurt the company. What are your hours of operation?
You are able to submit, receive, and review your account results through Screen360 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, our staff is available Monday – Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM CST (Central Standard Time).
Is your company a member of any professional associations?
Yes, we are members of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (“NAPBS”), the Better Business Bureau (“BBB”), the National Institute for Prevention of Workplace Violence, and the local Williamson County-Franklin Chamber of Commerce.
What happens to the release form the applicant signs?
In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you must have your applicant's written permission to access any of their information and maintain the signed document for review. You do not have to fax the release to us. However, at any time we may request copies of the documents for audit purposes.
Are the services you provide completely confidential?
Absolutely. Our motto is Precise Accuracy and Complete Confidentiality. We do not sell, trade, or transfer any information outside of United Recovery Services, Inc., except to the client who requested the information. The information we provide is to be used for employment and promotion purposes, not for personal benefit of any type.
