Glass holds a degree in business and is a licensed private investigator whose background includes being the investigator on record as responsible for the largest recovery in the state of California 's history.
Dexter Turner
Dexter Turner, Chief Operations Officer (COO), has an intuitive understanding of people and how they think. His experiences as a Non-commissioned officer (NCO) in the United States Army and in corporate sales make him ideal to serve the best interest of United Recovery Services, Inc. clients.
Mr. Turner took two years traveling across the United States going to seminars, working with other companies, accessing needs of clients, and training in the background industry to deliver United Recovery Services clients the most comprehensive and cost effective screening solutions in the industry.
Turner is responsible for the development of the employment background screening department and he personally trains his professional background screeners. This is to ensure they are knowledgeable with the state, federal, local, and industry guidelines.
Turner is also responsible for the creation of United Recovery Services state of the art proprietary software, Screen360. This is a program that allows clients to request, receive, and archive background checks 24/7 online and it was also developed to accommodate the needs of a broad range of clients-from small independent businesses to large corporations.
